Refund policy — We are happy to refund your purchase price, less shipping, if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason. The option to return for refund is available for one week after receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging/bundling as delivered.

Delivery policy — Orders are generally delivered via USPS Priority Mail, and tracking is provided via the email associated with the order when placed. Please provide your order number when making inquiries. If your order needs to be expedited, please reach out to us at time of purchase, with your order number and desired delivery date, we will be happy to work with you to get your package to you on time. When using a 3rd party carrier additional shipping fees may apply.

Cancellation policy — Any order may be cancelled for a full refund, any time before it has shipped. Once the item has shipped a return / refund option is available. Customer agrees to pay any shipping charges incurred during this process.
Lost/Stolen Package — We understand damaged and lost packages do sometimes happen. All of our packages carry insurance through the mail carrier and/or additional 3rd party insurance as needed on packages over $100. Standard insurance covers loss, damage, and recorded theft (video evidence, police report, etc is required for theft claims). Only the recipient is able to file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We are unable to issue full refunds for lost/stolen shipments.
International Orders— International shipping is unpredictable. There have been instances where shipping can take up to 10 weeks. Once the package leaves our hands, we have no control over the package and have the same information as the recipient via tracking number. Please refer to your tracking number and reach out to the mail carrier for assistance.
